Untill Tufty moves at least 4 players on we are stuck . The longer Tufty stays the more reminiscent of Bassetts tenure his stay begins to look . Bassett also had his hands tied behind his back when it came to recruitment and Tufty appears to be doomed to repeat history .

I think the rumour is plausible and I agree that he would be a good signing (I've only seen him play twice though)

What I don't understand is why you've chose to use tweets from Darren Smith as the basis for your post?

I read a lot of his Tweets. IMO he is quite ITK.

There's something wrong with our fans. 2 months ago we were buzzing from promotion and would have quite happily embarked on the Championship with the squad we had. Now we've only signed 4 and had a tough time getting a couple over the line (not abnormal for any team) and the doom merchants are getting their knickers in a twist.

they might well have sailed, however if southend aren't in top 6 in january i reckon they'll sell Leonard to us probably be cheaper as well, not sure about Holmes though

Can't instantly recall too many things in particular - maybe the Carruthers signing is one, but a number of things add up to give me this impression. He seems to be in contact with agents regularly and I don't see why he'd need or want to be seen as some ITK on Twitter enough to make him post as much as he does.

If what you're saying is right Wilder would have known about this scenario when he took over.

He was also pictured with the Prince having had a meeting to discuss next years budget.

Subsequent to all this and being told, according to you, we haven't a pot to piss in he himself has signed a contract.

In all his statements he's said he's happy with the budget.

So I'm suggesting that you are distorting facts with something else.
