It's a bloody good tactic to swap flanks.
Wish Hamer & Brooks/JRS would do it , even during games.
Defenders inevitably lose track of you.

I totally agree. As well as this team has done, I don't think we switch it up enough with things like that. Hamer and O'Hare will both drift about at times, but not enough, and you can't beat a fluid attacking line behind a target man imo. It wears defenders out mentally when done well.

Just had a look and Southampton signed him for £7M on a four year deal, what a waste of money that’s been already for them. They’re going to want some of that back so I can only see it being a loan deal at best because of this. Be a fantastic addition either way.

Which is why a deal could probably be done that suits both parties. They save on wages, and make some back on their initial outlay and move on, or they try and hawk him round in the summer at a much higher loss.
I say for £4m it’s a bargain for us to make the purchase now as he’ll be an asset wherever we end up in the summer. The challenge will remain his wages.

I don’t disagree FB, I was just pointing out some facts as to why I think the deal will only be a loan at this stage and nothing else, we’ll need to reevaluate at the end of the season, just what I think for what it’s worth.
