It's absolutely mental that he didn't pick up the phone and ask James Beattie if it was true that James Beattie wanted more money before selling him and throwing our promotion chances away for a trading loss.You also couldn't blame McCabe if he wanted an increase on his reported 40k a week wages..
It's also in stark contrast to the former owner who never let anybody pull his pants down..
Edit: I know it's the agent, but from KMC's point of view that's how it would look..
There's no defending it at all.
On the other hand Beattie could've made that call too, but he didn't.
