If u think we need a better option than BBD then prepare to be disappointedHe's not that good. Runs a lot, puts pressure on defenders but his first touch isn't great and his vision isn't all that.
I'm not siding with agents in any way, shape or form, I think they should have their skin stripped and then be rolled in salt, but I do think we need a better option than BBD.

Or AROUSED.*If u think we need a better option than BBD then prepare to be disappointed
Spot onUtter nonsense. BBD is in effect paying the agent and is therefore the customer of his services. BBD can define what he wants in terms of next steps in his career, and it is then the job of the agent to seek to facilitate that.
Money is the obvious driver for pretty much everybody when starting out in a career, until the time that you have got enough of it. BBD will already be very much beyond that point in life, so can consider other value-adding elements of his life in his considerations, such as countries and areas in which he wants to live and work. It’s ridiculous to suggest that the life of a multimillionaire is controlled by an agent. If BBD wanted to live in or around Sheffield ( and I’m not saying that this is the case, but I wouldn’t blame him), then the agent needs to seek the best opportunities within that remit. He couldn’t send BBD to Marseille as an alternative, because it doesn’t fit the remit.
Can you seriously imagine that BBD would sign a contract with an agent agreeing to do anything he told him to as long as it earned him the most money? Daft.
Is there any way we could realistically buy him should we get new owners? With him and his wife supposedly being settled in the city (don’t blame em), could we bring him back? With BBD, keeping Hamer and Arblaster + takeover money, we could easily be in playoffs.
I think there's some level of overhyping with him being a home grown player with lots of potential but he can certainly impact games at his current level, especially in the championship. Having his calmness on the ball and ability to hold onto possession will be very important.I don’t understand why Arblaster keeps being mentioned in these types of posts. He’s alright with potential, but not the sort of player to have any real influence or impact on how we perform overall at the moment.
If that’s the case, then I hope he reminds his agent who is actually in charge of their professional relationship.
Agents are self serving see you next Tuesdays. However, these agents practically wipe the arses of players. Without agents, the modern player would not be able to move house, organise the direct debits for the power and water companies, obtain schools for their kids, organise the lease for their Range Rovers etc.
I think it's the improvement he brought to the midfield whem he came in. He has got a bit of everything, he's comfortable on the ball, he can drive with it, he passes well and doesn't mind a tackle.I don’t understand why Arblaster keeps being mentioned in these types of posts. He’s alright with potential, but not the sort of player to have any real influence or impact on how we perform overall at the moment.
Calm on the ball, eye for a pass, good work ethic, and he's a boyhood Blade. What's not to love?I don’t understand why Arblaster keeps being mentioned in these types of posts. And the club wont be spending money on him as the money isn’t thereWhy would either his current team agree to that when they can have money upfront?
Why would he agree to that when he's likely to be able to earn more money moving elsewhere?
The only way we sign BBD is if, ignoring all available logic and common sense, he wants to only join us and will do whatever is necessary to make it happen.
I also heard razor Ruddock on the radio recounting the time when shortly after his retirement he had raging toothache but had no idea what to do as in the past he would just have rung Liverpool and it would all have been taken care of for him.Mag-83 is right with a lot of them. I once worked with an ex-pro who had a few, (at the time) current pro's as clients of his, (Financial Services) he told me a story about a full England international who lived without light in his kitchen for 3 days until his Agent arranged for an electrician to call round and change a light bulb....
Nicked car stereos, bags of spice, dodgy tellies stolen from fast food joints?I also heard razor Ruddock on the radio recounting the time when shortly after his retirement he had raging toothache but had no idea what to do as in the past he would just have rung Liverpool and it would all have been taken care of for him.
He openly admitted to being completely lost in the real world when suddenly absolutely everything wasn't just a call to Liverpool away

I think he has got the makings of a very good footballer. As with most younger footballers, the reading of the game leaves much to be desired, but it's not as bad as other youngsters at the club like Andre Brooks or even Osula. Maybe I've got an especially soft spot for him (seeing as he is my profile picture), but I would want him to start next season. Seen somewhere Villa and Everton sniffing around him, but I don't think it'll come to fruition. He does have those attributes and the potential to become a very good footballer .
However , there are aspects of his game which he needs to improve on if he is to realise that potential most notably his positional sense and reading of the game .
Too often for my liking he seems to find himself in no man’s land , being neither close enough to the player with the ball nor any of those likely to receive it to have any positive impact on potentially dangerous situations.
Fortunately , such shortcomings can be overcome by a combination of experience and good coaching and I very much hope that this will emerge in his case .
That seems dirt cheap given the season he had. 6 goals in 14 games in such a poor team is very impressive. Can only think injury concerns and him not doing very well in Spain are bringing his price down? But then he's only 25...£6m according to the Stir.
Bargain in my opinion. Let's hope it's agent talk and we sign him.

Sheffield United 'discover' Ben Brereton Diaz asking price after successful loan
Sheffield United will have to fork out at least £6m to bring Ben Brereton Diaz back to Bramall Lane on a permanent basis this summer after his successful loan spell, according to reports in Spain.
