Easily Lafferty's best game for me. I'm wary of praising him during a game as it usually precedes him doing something daft, but apart from the yahoo pass that I think led to Flecks booking, he hardly put a foot wrong. He was more of an attacking threat than he's been before as well.

EEL would be playing for any other side, at least outside the top three, the fact that you can't see how he gets in the side right now is all credit to lads today and the last few matches. We won't have a player walked off the pitch today without a few bruises from a very good Bolton side who were unable to ever test our keeper.

We'll need to find someone to look after Matthew, so will probably only come over for the evening. What about watching Hallam instead - don't a couple of our young lads play for them?
