Bar in Dublin for the Brum game

I’m aware I may be pissing into the wind this one given that Man U are playing Barcelona on the same night, but wondered if anyone had been or know of anywhere that might be showing our game v Birmingham in Dublin next Wednesday.

Failing that any suggestions for decent boozers full stop will be appreciated.

Yeah you might struggle mate. I went out for the Derby away game Sat evening, nowhere had it on as it clashed with a liverpool game. Even when there's 30 TVs availalble, you won't get them to switch as someone will be watching it there.

are you staying Dublin city centre or outskirts?
the woolshed bar on parnell street will show the blades games, however ( we (irish blades) went there for the villa game few weeks back)
no comentary , they have music on and about 50 tvs around the place .. you will defo see it there ,

Boomers Bar in Clondalkin is well used to having Blades games on and well used to having a pub full of Blades as well
The St Pats fans that frequent the place would rather watch the Blades than Man Utd

Thanks for that. Had a quick look and it turns out I’m only staying about a 10 minute walk from there so that could be a good shout.

Noticed the beer prices but presumably everywhere is on the expensive side so I’m prepared for that. Being a Yorkshireman anything is expensive for me.

Was going to say a St Pats fan would probably be able to help. Bound to be somewhere in Inchicore which will put the game on for you.

Unfortunately manure have huge support over here , and I’d say 99% of bars
All of whom have sky will be showing that game
If you want I could recommend a few pubs
Depending on where your staying
We watched villa game in wolly bar , wouldn’t recommend it ,
Bring a few bob as nowts fucking cheap in Dublin

I wasn't mate
If the Irish come over for a game I normally get told about it, but I don't have direct contact with them. Some of the other lads and lasses are quite close to the St Pats lads, I'm just somebody that gets told about their visits only if I bump into somebody that knows them better than me.

Id normally come over on my Todd and meet up with the lads I used to go to school with from Norfolk park , but it’s only in the last couple of months I’ve realized how many go over on a regular basis , a few from up north ( as we say over here about norn iron )
Was due to come over for Forest game , but sky changing times means I lost flight and money ,
So doubt I’ll be over again this season.

I’m in the US of A when there on ( if we need the playoffs ) and I normally make it a weekend event , hence no more games for me this season
