I hadn't looked at Twitter for 48 hours after the result.

Gone from  to :( from Saturday with a large slice of  still stuck in there

Now on the road to CBA for the season as it draws towards ignominy and despair

No way is a PO place assured and I just cannot see how the fuck anyone can feel more confident this time around that our fortunes will change in the play offs - we have demonstrated all season that we can beat decent teams from higher up - the one's that attack us - but when we come to teams in our own league we are not set up to break them down and since they can all see that then they will only have to deploy spoiling tactics to overcome us - if we get there o_O

In case anyone missed it this was Jims Twatter contribution, (hope it doesnt offend anyone). Not exactly sure what he means about not listening to his fears and it sounds like he doesnt like comments when things are not going as well as they were when we were beating PL teams!

What it means is Jim is a bit of a Tit.

I hadn't read the Baki tweet either and I still wish I hadn't because he is going to do fuck all about anything my friend.....fuck all.

Why should he have to do anything? He's not a player or the manager and despite a poor couple of results, we have a manager and squad capable of sorting it themselves without the added pressure of those at the top of the club stomping their feet.

Yeah, similar to how you aren't moaning and creating threads to sack Clough when we're beating Premier League teams. Works both ways.

Swiss , a optimist like me with the blades . It would be nice if them at the top kept off twitter .

I agree, i used to say it back in the days when people were calling for McCabe to hold more forums etc, but I would rather they just ran the club...

That said, i've liked the way that Jim and Baki have been quite open, but its times like this that they need to really pay attention to what they write. Lots of fans get emotional and whilst its good that Jim and Baki are fans too, they're emotional too which can sometimes fuel the fire a little too much

Swiss, you don't get it mate...what you do when a problem happens is to call for someone's head, don't you get it? You, you international playboy you, you should know what happens in the realms of high finance and the like.

Seriously, another sign of changes at boardroom level. Instead of panic by the board, just a less than hysterical reaction to losing games. None of which suggests they're not concerned, but they know that as with most problems the best solution is to get your head down and work hard to find a satisfactory resolution.

These are just sentiments meant to appease angry fans. They have no intention of getting rid of Clough in the next few years, barring it looking like we are going to down to League 2, in my opinion. Whilst their intentions on being so active on social media are perhaps noble, in my opinion they are misguided and I'd rather they spent their time elsewhere other than the odd tweet.

Has he been on the Wacky Baki ??? :p These sort of comments are best kept behind closed doors - they serve no useful purpose, unsettle players and supporters and all it really comes over as is an attempt to arse cover the person saying it. Destructive not constructive. Bet Nigel was chuffed. UTB

So you think we would only sack Clough if we look like going down to League 2? Are you serious?

When asked on Twitter if he would see this season as progress or failure if we don't go up, Phipps said failure.

We have spent over £1m on one player for God sake! If your spending that kind of money then you expect some kind of return.

LOL the club is a shambles from the very top right down to the matchday staff.:oops::oops:
