"Victim complex"?? How could I possibly be a victim??
Simple facts are, his father was at United, he was head of personal development....., he left because he wasn't happy with the way things had changed at the club, his sons are at other clubs, and if were are so desirable, then do you not think that one or both would already be here???
Whether you believe United is a better place to be, than where he already is, is just you sumiseng and guessing, because that's what you want to believe!
Maybe try dropping the "I know better than you" attitude, and look at the facts....., failing that, I'm sure you could send him a message on a social media platform, asking why he doesn't want to play for United right now?
Do you know for a fact that he left because he was unhappy or are you surmising? He did release a statement to say it wasn't ownership related.

We are a better place than them. They might not have a club soon and our academy has produced x10 the players theirs has.

They may also be owned by billionaires shortly....
Do you honestly think that someone leaving a club, with a very good reputation, would turn round and blame the new ownership, especially if he was getting a bit of a handshake?
And onto the academy......the staff are currently leaving at a good rate, 5 or 6 since the new ownership isn't it.....
Times have changed, and whether our academy is or isn't better, the bid wasn't to bring him into the academy, that is a lot less equipped, now his father and others, that made it so good, have left.

What's your point here? Do you really believe they are a better run club than us?

By that logic, if things were good before, and only gone bad with the new owners then they would have been here wouldn't they??

That wasn't the argument was it, you said they should come to united because "we are in a better position".
We are not, we are below them in the table currently.

"Because the place he's coming from is much better?"

Thats what I said.

I don't understand then. You are saying it was good and has gone bad, so he wouldn't want them here now. But they weren't here previously either.
Eh?? I don't understand what your getting at?
A lot of staff have left the academy since the new owners have arrived.... people don't just leave on mass, there usually is a reason, do you not agree??

And even before all this, if Cadders wanted his boys at United, he would've brought them into the academy, would he not??
Whether we think its the best place or not, we aren't the ones involved here.
So whether we are/were/will be, a better run club, or a club in a better position than another club, the fact is, his sons aren't moving through the ranks at United, they are indeed, doing it elsewhere aren't they...

A number left because they were offered better positions to work with Keith Andrew’s at Brentford.
Thankfully Del Boy is still here

The rest you've just made up

Seems obvious to me. They weren't at the academy before the new owners either.

Everything doesn't always have to be negative.

Maybe he just didn't want his lad to feel the pressure of having his Dad at the club? My brother refused to become a coach at the rugby club my neice goes to for the same reason.

They were both at Wednesday were they not?

In 2017. Had a spell at Burnley for 3 years in the middle before joining us.

Not sure it makes sense for him to join a new club and immediately go "My sons coming here now" reeks of nepotism.
