Bad
Tonights game was bad, sounds like most of the home games have been bad, and despite the away record looking good on paper by all reportswe've hardly been tearing teams apart. Very bad set of players, they really do compare to the team that took us to the 4th division for me. A mix of never has beens and never will be's is bad, and when we blow this season, next season's going to be something to look forward to with nothing but trepidation. We have nothing at all to enthuse about, players, managment, directors, nothing.
Mad
I know it shouldn't but results like tonights make me mad. I was at work getting text updates and when they scored I left the office for a minute, went out of earshot of my colleagues and had a good swear. Only to get back inside, pick up my phone and see that it was now 2 - 0 to Crawley. Seriously, Crawley? I was livid, been fuming all season to be honest. Think maybe there was a lot of anger left over from last season although I've not really got over the relegation from the cheats league. I despise Keving McCabe. I detest what he's done to our club. We had a real chance to make a go of it when we went up to the top tier and for all his bullshit he never backed up his words. A despicable man and the sooner he ditches us the better. We can't be any worse off than we are now.
Sad
I'm 5000 miles away now and it still saddens me what's happened over there. I feel so sorry for you lot having to go and offer support to that shower of shite. I know how it is, you have to go because you're Blades and I was no different but it really is sad the treatment and total lack of respect that you're given by the club. Sad to see a great set of fans shat on, sad to see a "real" football club dying on it's feet and sad that the people who could do something about it won't. I said a few years ago that McCabe had given up and this season is just further confirmation.
Worrying times ahead lads and lasses, despite all of the above I'm almost lost for words. I think my club is very ill, could be terminal and there's nowt any of us can do about it apart from stand on the sidelines and watch.
