Anyone stopped to consider that we drop Lunny down the pecking order, move Freeman to 7 and Berge to 8?

There's as good a chance of that being the case as Freeman going to be fair.

I can see Wilder taking the first team number of Lunny, if he doesn't want to be here he shouldn't have choice of shirt number over a player that does.

I know Berge wanted 8 because he says so in that reveal video, and then he comes back down with 32 haha

Should also be said, there's a small chance he's just wearing Luke Freeman's training top, it used to happen all the time, they'd just grab whatever, but maybe not so much in these Covid19 affected times.

It’s totally normal to downgrade a squad number for a player and still keep them in the squad. Simon Moore and Leon Clarke being recent examples.
