With all due respect, I think you're seeing this from an outsider's point of view as you don't have the memories and attachments to certain Blades kits from the past.

Black and white stripes might be fine for Newcastle, Notts County and Grimsby - but they aren't Blades colours (neither is gold, blue, grass green or purple for that matter)

We've played in white plenty of times in the past and while not offensive, it's slightly boring.

well youre right, but i wont look offensive just stated my point of view ;). id choosed the white kit just for one reason, it looks best out of the three. and i must admit this years away kit looked kinda good, although it isnt traditional. and i will never vote or even buy one of the two other options, because i think theyre looking bloody awful ;). but it is not up to me, though, ive bought this years home kit im happy - cuz i like it. :)

YELLOW ONE !!!! - makes us stand out like the old 1's and that fantastic orange one when we go away

Well it'll be interesting to see the kits in "real life" tomorrow at the shop :)

Will have to make a detour on the way round to the pub.

it says on the link..

Thursday 8th March

The kit will be unveiled tonight and Foxy and myself will be there to see it :)

Keep an eye on the main site and all being well, you'll know as soon as we do :)

apologies, due to technical difficulties, we couldn't get it live straight back to the site :)

Perhaps we should let you design the next one Bladesman. The vibe at the launch was that it was going to be very popular.

If you were a proud owner of the 1989 away shirt of the exact same colour like I am, you would understand why we're looking forward to seeing it next season. :)

Its a different shade.

It's a vote for common sense. Loud colour = something, I think, but then again I have been drinking strong lager and now whisky. Please note that however much booze goes down my neck I can still spell properly, and if in doubt can use the spell check facility.

roll on holiday of 2008 when ill be walking along the beach front somewhere sunny and inevatibly hear 'hes a blade and a blade'
