Shambolic. If we somehow do scrape the top 6 we'll embarrass ourselves in the away leg.
Add the international break to the fact we are away straight after..
It was always a recipe for disaster.
I've said before that it's the away form that'll do for us.. And I stand by it.
It's a polar opposite from how we play at home and I dont know why, was like a church that first half, so it's not the hostile atmosphere.

Positive side...only 2 more away games. 5 home. 15 points enough for playoffs. Than we score more at home than they can can score when we go away. And then we get to Wembly. Ah

The play offs would be no different to any other play off game we've played, spineless, scared and not a single shot on target.
Theyll be played as though we are going to get something for a draw

Cant see the point of getting in the playoffs if the last 3 away games are anything to go by,4-1 loss,0-0 draw,1-0 loss.
Any of the teams currently above us would shaft us,good and proper.
All the energy we had was spent in the home game versus Boro,they wanted to win that game,but majority of this team are playing for themselves,they know if we stay in the Championship they probably/might get another contract here,if we went into the Prem,they would all be looking for another club.

To be honest, I think this is it. Being realistic about it, they were better than us at Bramall Lane.
They've kicked on and got better since then, whilst our downward trajectory continues.
We were poor against Barnsley, Coventry and Blackpool for the most part and dreadful again today. Our away form is terrible and our home games contain Fulham, Bournemouth & QPR. Teams either above, or around us. I don't see us getting there and if we do scrape it, there's better teams than us.
Sadly, it's the injuries that have killed us. When you're talking about who's the best option of Jebbison, McBurnie and Osula you're not getting promoted.

That’s the concern. The opposition aren’t even having to play well to beat us. Blackpool and Stoke both have nothing to play for and were there for the taking. Any promotion chasing side would have taken 4-6 points from these games and we’ve come away with 1 point. Not good enough. We’ve lost momentum at the wrong time of the season.
The injuries to Brewster and Bogle were pivotal IMO. Tar too much on MGW to be the creative force every week, particularly with Billy not playing.

No it’s not the injuries we’ve coped at home with those admirably it’s the fucking rotation and stupid tactics away to “ protect” tired players prior to injuries
Look at our managers track record with other clubs injury pile ups seem a very common theme
The cold hard truth...
Some teams are peaking, Forest and Midds being the main culprits while we labour away being dogshit away and unbelievable at home..
I dread the thought of the Premier league, but my god do I want to see us win that final..
Just think we'll come up short, dunno if they really want it... Dunno if I really want it too..

haha that was us(boro) after you spanked us. its a tough league. but we are unbeaten in the last 3 away since the lose at the lane. swings in roundabouts. just got to keep working hard the results will come.
