He isn't going to learn and neither are the players.
He's obviously trying to get the most boring team the Premier League has ever seen just in case we go up, he's trying to get the team in shape to stop the 5 and 6 nil battering's and limit them down to 3 and 4 nil battering's instead.......Good, steady, progress, that's the way to do it.

Won't matter if we don't spend heavily to get upto prem league standard!

What would you have done differently? Genuinely. The Hamer and Brewster subs changed the game for us. Campbell had to come off. Seriki the same. We’re not the only team to struggle with a 1-0 lead in a nervy game.
Not opted to sit deep for 20 mins, attacked the game. Actually acted like a team 20 plus points in front of them.

Not with Moore up top. Like playing with 10 men

At the time we were 1-0 up and already had forward options in Brewster and BBD on the pitch, while Hamer was also on. Wilder may have wanted Moore for his aerial ability in both boxes, but I think he'll regret that substitution. BC took over and we struggled to keep them out.

McCallum has shown a few times he can help us soldify and may have helped. Brooks is also a player who can do a steady defensive job in wide midfield.

I thought we started the game a bit naively as well. The AM trio of BBD, O'Hare and JRS is a bit of a luxury behind Campbell, and gave Peck and Choudury too much space to cover. For a long spell we couldn't get near them.

Wilder put that right, taking two of the att mids off ten minutes into the second half. After the goal we again needed more defensive attributes though.

Surely you've realised now it's only the morons that cast a judgement before thinking about it for a few hours? Bless Dane and his pals.

He could train the players to last 90 minutes for a start, and he could also get them to keep their fucking gobs shut on the pitch and stop getting booked and be at risk of suspension every game they fucking play.

Burnley enter the chat....

We are top of the league. what a punch of ponce's on this forum
Fake position, we’ll be third by Sunday and 5 points behind Leeds and a point behind Burnley, even a draw at that lot won’t be enough to put us back in the top 2.

On the plus side I had us to draw tonight and on Saturday but still get 2nd place by 1 point.

Or a lack of other options? I feel like Cannon would’ve come on at that moment if in the squad. We know that TC tends to go off at that time and he had been showing definite signs of needing bringing off.

See if Millwall do a number on weeds tomorrow ?? 9 wins guys

Bristol City weren't too bad and if the boot was on the other foot, we'd have been disappointed to come away with nothing so was a fair enough result.

Doesn't excuse the fact that we constantly retreat as soon as we go ahead and yet again Robinson gives a goal away by not being goalside for the equaliser. Cooper dug him out the shit in the first half but he found a way to screw us in the end.

“Lay into the lads” 😂 forgot you go to the bankers with them. What a clown 😂
Come on l then, why aren't you slagging them off yet? Doesn't usually take this long

We don’t have a divine right to dictate the game. In the first half when BC had about 80% possession, that wasn’t because Wilder was telling the side to sit deep. We might have 20 points on them but that was two fairly evenly matched teams tonight. I actually thought the main separation would be our ability to finish.

One difference, when Burnley set out to stop the opposition scoring they almost always succeed in doing it
Doesn't matter as much when they can't do anything going the other way. 15 draws will tell you that.
