"You're just a shit John Lundstrum" to Jordan Henderson was my favourite

Best song for me was at the end cant remember exact words now but it was definitely a new song to me and went along the lines of the below sung to Liverpool fans -

"You'll never sing we are Champions of League 1"

Very funny.
[/QUO

You`ll never sing that, You`ll never sing that, Champions of League One, You`ll never sing that

It was sung in reply to Liverpool singing Champions of Europe ,You`ll never sing that

Great bantz and drew a round of applause from the Scousers

Liverpool were some of the writers that I’ve heard since the days of League One.

They piped up for literally 10 mins after they scored and then went back to silence for the remainder. Found it really surprising and thought that it negatively effected the noise from our fans. It was eerily silent for periods today and was it a bit of a strange atmosphere overall I thought.

I thought the atmosphere was largely terrific.

But - and this might be harsh - I reckon we can/should be more raucous in the closing minutes when going for an equaliser.

It's not just today, I thought the same against Leicester (largely terrific, but we got quieter when we needed to be loudest).

Conceding in the fashion we did was frustrating/deflating, but I think we need to recover our volume quicker. Our roar of encouragement almost immediately after their goal was great, but when we won a corner and were chucking bodies forward near the end... I just thought we could be a bit louder then. Probably being harsh/pernickety, I know!

No I agree. But the volume of noise is related to the level of expectation and very few fans felt we could recover from that awful mistake from Hendo. The rest of the game though we were simply magnificent. I wouldn’t be surprised if ours are the loudest fans in the Prem. It’s a big feature of all our games this season and long may it be so. We outshout plastic fans of prima Donna teams everywhere we go.
