Crawley 1 v 1 Blades
A penalty in the 81st minute saved any blushes as we scraped a 1-1 draw away at relegation battling Crawley Town despite dominating possession and having double the shots total of our opposition. The result saw us stretch an unbeaten run to 7 games which included 5 wins and as a result we maintained our 5th position in the league table, incidentally this was the position we finished the season in 14 games later despite managing a further 18 points.
Team: Turner, Brayford, McEverley, Kennedy, Harris, Flynn, Doyle, Coutts, Basham, Murphy, Done.
Subs: McNulty, Willis, Davies, Reed, Freeman, Adams, Calvert-Lewin

Crystal Palace 1-0 Blades
An absolute stunner of a goal from Darren Ambrose in the second half was the difference between two relegation battling teams, as we went down 1-0 at Selhurst Park. The goal that sealed the deal from palace was a 25 yard volley, a worthy match winner in a game that was considered a massive 3 pointer in our bid for Championship survival. Unfortunately for us this loss saw the relegation safety gap open up to 5 points and well I don't need to go into what happened next do I really?.
Team: Simonsen, Nosworthy, Lowry, Collins, Lowton, Doyle, Williamson, Quinn, Riise, Bogdanovic, Cresswell
Subs: Long, Ertl, Calve, Parrino, Yeates, Evans, Bent.

Blades 1-4 Watford
In a televised Monday night game at Bramall Lane, it was 4th placed Watford who impressed and ruffled a few feathers as we rode high at 2nd in the table with a staggering 21 wins, 6 draws and only 4 losses. A brace from Marlon King and goals from Eagles and Bouazza saw the away team completely rip us a new one. At the time Warnock put the game down as just a freak one with a few shocking performances within our ranks. Again I think we all know what happened in this season? Not only did we finish 2nd and secure promotion but we also went on to beat the pigs at Hillsborough and secure a double in a very special season for us.
Team: Kenny, Geary, Short, Bromby, Unsworth, Ifill, Armstrong, Jagielka, Tonge, Kabba, Akinbiyi
Subs: Morgan, Gillespie, Shipperley, Flitcroft, Quinn.
