First time I've seen the proper highlights, what a great night that was. Considering all the recent debate on atmosphere at the lane...then this was a proper atmosphere! Only three sides of the stadium, with blades in the lower tier and the place was rocking.

We played superbly that night. Arsenal had a strong side out too. It was a great week for me as I passed my driving test a few days previously. The National Lottery launched the following weekend too, I was convinced I was on a hot streak and would win it!

Such a shame we never quite hit those heights again under Kendall and it all fizzled out v Palace the following season.
