Are you Brian?

As you may or may not be aware, Foxy and I have recently returned from a holiday in Kassiopi, Corfu.

While there, we found a favourite bar, No. 7 Bar, complete with cheeky cockney DJ and a Greek manager called Spiros who was generous with the measures.

Foxy wore a Blades shirt one night, much to the amusement of the aforementioned Arsenal supporting Londoner. They even made sure the Yorkshire/Midlands Masters was on for us.

On the last night, we were saying our goodbyes and Spiros asked us a strange question. Did we know the club Josephines? It turns out he used to work with a lad called Brian, and last he heard he was working in Josephines in Sheffield as a doorman.

He'd like to get back in touch with Brian.

So if you or anyone you know is Brian who:

* worked in Emily's Bar and Zanzibars in Kassiopi
* then went to be a doorman at Josephines in town

it sure is me! i actually worked @ josies b4 working in kassiopi .if you use facebook and look @ kassiopi workers page i put some 80's photos of me and spiros on there ,also on the kassiopi website. i worked there in 81,83,84,85,86,87 and 88.now have a bar in nerja

just as an update MalagaBlade... The DJ was in Kavos when I got in touch, as soon as he's back in Kassiopi (soon!) he's going to speak to Spiros!

Got your email with the pictures too... Spiros doesn't look like that any more, I can tell thee!

Aye, had a great time there. We'd heard rumours before we went that it'd got really busy so we feared the worst, but there was only one club there down by the harbour with the second one opening up in the town square next to Spiros' bar just after we left.

It was mainly English tourists, but there were quite a lot of eastern Europeans there as well.

We could have quite happily stayed there longer There are pictures on Facebook, Foxy has more than me
