Just reading that should the paperwork not have been submitted before noon today, the both Scougall and Brayford would be ineligible to play against Fulham on Sunday due to clearance times with the Scottish and Welsh F.A's etc.

So will they feature on Sunday I wonder? Did we tie it all up and submit the stuff in time?
