Player Suggestion Anyone who had a half decent game this evening

Just thought I’d jump on the bandwagon. Don’t care whether they played for Brentford or Fulham. If we want to progress we need to be thinking about the kinds of players who can look good the first time we’ve ever watched them for a decent amount of time. Hope Wilder and Knill were watching.

Yeh! Any average player can look like a world beater on their day and good players sometimes have crap games. I believe though, that our recruitment procedures do take in the big picture and the long term view..

On the flip side of this, I know he's scored a shedload of goals this season, but when I've seen Watkins he's been poor. He missed a sitter against Barnsley and tonight Hector had him in his back pocket. In fact, the only time he escaped Hector, he missed another very good chance.

Obviously those two games aren't representative but I've not been impressed.
