anyone know what to do if your tickets don't arrive?

Got tickets for tmw over the phone and they said they'd post them out (Wednesday) but haven't got em.

Presume you can just turn up at the box office and get them reprinted? Or do I need to call their wonderfully expensive 0871 number?
