Always respected the guy for what he has done, but already stoking the fire's in case they do screw it up tomorrow with a "Sheff United should be very afraid speech" on radio wednesday this morning.

Hopefully that kind of cockiness might just prompt the Footballing Gods into some kind of pre-emptive strike!

Enjoy the game tomorrow, I have had all passion drained out of me this season and am going to build a patio with the radio firmly turned off, let the cricket season begin.

This time last week, there was an interview with either Ryan or Flynn saying how new contracts would be sorted for players when they got promoted and how they were hoping they would be celebrating as champions at Brentford.

They drop to the play offs, they will not go up,imo. Indeed,i think even we'll beat them in the semis

The Rotherham Chairman sounded even more cocky. Talking about how he’s planned a surprise beach holiday abroad for the team as a reward for going up.

They need just a point at home against the bottom club in front of a full house. It has all the classic hallmarks of an almighty final day cock-up.

Or at least it would do if we were involved!

Maybe he'll take them to Skeggy or Mablethorpe. A sizeable chunk of the population in Lincolnshire is now Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian or Portuguese. The players will never know the difference. :)

It's not a surpise now he's mentioned it on the Radio.

Pleased for the Millers and hope they make it back. Their resurrection gives me a bit of hope given that their situation in the last days at Millmoor has some similiarities with ours, albeit on a smaller scale.

(I also hope the Millers go up because they never beat us)

The classic SUFCesque outcome would see them getting the point but Cheltenham beating (already in the play offs and can't get higher than 6th and thus resting half their team) Bradford 7-0 and thus pipping them by one goal

I also heard Ryan say a few weeks ago that he wanted us both to be promoted automatically.
I think he was having a dig at Walker writing them off for automatic Walker said he thought Donny would end up in the play offs

Chairman tubthumping his own team over their rivals. Who would have thought it.

Some people are far too sensitive.

My mates a Rovers fan. Hes heading to Brentford tomorrow.

That will be one 20p/50p piece game!!

If / when Donny lose at brentford, theywill have out slumped us , after being in an auto place all year , till 5pm tommorrow

Donny = bottle
Blades = none

We've still got bottle! We may have transferred it to Scarborough United World Domination (Excl Sheffield) Holdings Corporation Ltd, but it's still ours. Everything is fine, everything is fine.

Being an interesting day.

Rotherham up - well done
Donny champions - well done and what a way to do it, reverse Blades luck.
Jack Lester bows out in style
Dingles still hanging in there
Pigs lose - will it happen?

Just the Blades in limbo and flat.

baarnslee got a bit of bad luck in that somehow huddersford still arent safe.
lose to baarnslee, if pigs and peetabruh both win and moowall pick up 2 points in 2 games theyd go down.
with 57 points!

so instead of putting their feet up next week, theyve got to try to get a result.

Good luck in the play-offs you guys.......you will need it after your very lacklustre finish to the league.

I hope you can toil your way through the play-offs because we'd like as many local derbies as possible in the Championship next season.

League One is awful isn't it? I'm glad we didn't have to stick around in that shitty division any longer than one season....

It's Donny who will need the luck
You will be proper whipping boys in the Championship

Well done to Rovers.

Showed disire & will to win.

Sheff Utd on the other hand. A bunch of fucking bottlers & clowns.

On look Leeds it said paynter darent watch the penalty and sat in dug out. Then when ball came out he went on to set up the winner. If true the goal shouldn't have stood.

no idea if thats true or not.

it looked offside when i watched it. the guy who scored looked miles ahead of the guy who passed it. though he was out of shot when the pass was made so hard to be sure.
