Just a big thank you to everyone who bought 1 or 2, feedback has been brilliant. I do plenty of other teams bobbles and these took the longest, but being a blade, this was always my number 1, so had to nail the design and luckily the laver family were on board aswell. The response has been incredible, these are the only 2 Blades bobbles that will release and only 14 remain on the website. There is a luminous yellow reversable bucket hat (1989 away shirt) in the pipeline. Thank you again fellow blades. Hope to see some of them down't lane and at wembley. UTB

Advertising on a supporters club forum about the said hat-as being of the “HIGHEST-quality” isn’t a blatan lie/scam? Polyester is a £10 a ton to buy. Also, is it only me not keen on coming on here and seeing free adverts in a football section? Maybe the owners could add a buy and sell section for Blades related stuff to stop the clutter and charge the going rate to keep the forum running? And while we’re at it, perhaps an advertising section for the Blade employed by the local Shitwipe to direct us to his column? Times must be really tough there if he’s having to start a thread of his work on here?

A blade has set up a small business operation selling a nice bit of retro United gear. He comes on a popular United forum to let people know and you react by calling it a 'scam' and a 'blatent lie'. Your comments are a gross overreaction and petulant. I detect a little envy that someone has had the gumption to start a little business and appears to be making a bit of money out of it.

I've bought one. It arrived today and is a lovely bit of gear. I hope the 'scammer' enjoys every bit of margin he made from me and wish him all the best.

Instead these hats are doubled up polyester for thickness, they will last years. People want it to last for years and it will. There’s no section for buying and selling on here despite a few requests for one.Also I really dont need custom from dickheads like you. Not one customer has been unhappy with theirs but there is always one prick who likes to moan about something they don’t even own. Nob.

I really like these hats, as they are a link to the 89-90 season and the last really positive feeling of double promotion. 71-75, 89-92 and 2016-?have been my favourite times in the last 50 years. I have bought 2 hats for myself and my son. Mine will be worn with my retro 70’s shirt!

This is a specific product for genuine Blades who have the club in their blood, and finding out about things like this is exactly the reason why many of us are on the forum. The lovely prints that are offered on here are another example. The success of the old photos thread, which brings memories of the City in times gone by, shows how we like to think back.

The moderation on this forum is great, allowing most things but coming down heavily when they go too far. If you don’t like something then just report it to the mods.
