Apparently deposits have been paid which suggests the take over is going through.
There may or may not be a valid reason for this to be done without the proposed buyer to be known. The last alledged buyer being a good example .
It has been said the buyer is not American or Mike Ashley.

But for me this step 'into the unknown' is of concern. To me at least.

I've been happy enough with PA so far, he's done a good job for a bloke who isn't worth billions.

What I find very strange is the secrecy levels surrounding it, the fact that there hasn't been a single whiff of anything from anybody is the only thing making me wonder if it's true or not.

There's always some hack somewhere in the world, just waiting around, following PA around to see who he's been talking to and spilling rumours based on what he's seen.

You can be optimistic or pessimistic but if you were always worried about change then there would never be any progress.

Basically a new owner for us, is a risk worth taking. The fact that it’s all so secretive doesn’t mean there’s any reason to be concerned.

Whoever is heading the takeover i honestly dont think PA would just drop us in the shit for the sake of it and the fact it has been surrounded in secrecy makes me think its someone close or well known to him.

It's out of all of our control and all we can hope for is that it's a major step up financially and that the new owner is buying in for the right reasons.
Personally I think we're a great prospect; on the verge of becoming an EFL team again with the potential, with the right investment, to establish ourselves this time around.
The Prince has done a great job giving the club stability but unfortunately falls short in the money stakes.
