Of a Ched free day?

It matters to me what happens in the appeal, but Saturday is more important than anything else. Ched can't play, we have now got to move on, and when the seasons over look at the case then.

I don't know Ched personally but I'm sure he wants his team mates to get promotion, and not get side tracked about his case.

Bang on. Saturday is a must win game. I would go with

Simmo
Lowton Maquire Collins Taylor
Willo Doyle Mac Quinn
Cresswell Evans

I would suggest no chance at all.

However I would also suggest that the threads currently residing in general blades chat should be moved to CGeneral Chat, as Linz and Foxy have already done with some others.

The case is now more about this coutries legalities surrounding Rape cases in general than Sheffield United

Well no... you just started a thread on Ched :)

I have to say that the level of extra-curricular stuff that swarms around this club, to the detriment of the team, is dispiriting. In just the last 5 years we've had:

- the Tevez litigation
- Kenny's failed drugs test and the fallout from that
- the Evans situation
- Jordan Robertson's misdemeanours
- all that whining about the World Cup bid.

Plus all the shenanigans in China and Hungary that had less of an effect but were still unsavoury.

I'm sick of it, tbh.

the Simon cowell stuff didn't help either

And before that 'The battle of Bramall Lane' I blame those pesky football gods (do they have beards?)

I suspect 95% of football fans would no longer associate us with 95% of that list. Most fans couldn't give a shit about other clubs.

Whilst we'd have to concede that ths Samantha Hashimi affair could only ever have happened to us, the impact of it all is only what we make it. And at least life life's never dull with The Blades :)

UTB

.........Plus the various chairmen and rumours of Interpol etc

It's a labour of love supporting the blades it really is. I sometimes wonder if we're cursed....

And yet despite all this, we're still operating as a business with 15,000 people willing to turn up and support every other week.

Just imagine how many we'd get without all this. We'd be massive like Wednesday...
