It makes sense for him to train there. Needs to keep fit and they'll be short on numbers. He also gets to use their medical facilities. If he's not got an offer by the end of the transfer window, I'd not be surprised if he signed a 6 month contract with them. Would allow him to get match fit and put himself in the window. I'm pretty sure he doesn't need the money but £7k pw is not to be sniffed at.
