Him and tanganga too similar

I don't know about that Frank the tank . Anel is far, far superior to Tanganga in almost every facet of the game.

I was so up on Tanganga from seeing him at Millwall and even his first few games for us. I'm not sure where that player is now. Lacks awareness and just seems to let games pass him by. Zero umph in the lad.

It's simple. He's the +1 CB.

He's Jags to Morgs, Kilgallon to Morgs, Maguire to Collins. Crap comparisons but you get the point, he isn't the organiser, he needs someone to lead so that he can flourish.

Not a critique of their abilities more of their respective lack of leadership and organisational skills both players thrive alongside a dominant ball winner who shoulders the responsibility and leaves them to mop up.

Would love him back, but I don’t think we have the money to get him after souttar, so a loan from the prem or from a foreign league could be possible for someone UTB

They probably still owe us money on him so if we were inclined and he was willing there would probably be a way to get it done.

I’d sell Tanganga for Anel back tomorrow.

And I agree with Mr Tank. Anel looked far superior next to Souttar over JLT because he’s not physically dominant and neither was Robinson. Tanganga isn’t either.

Souttar was the one who attacked the ball and anel was the one watching the runs in behind and mopped up the second balls.

I’m very very skeptical about £10m for Souttar with his availability concerns but Anel and Souttar were mint.

Fuck it let’s get Vini Souza back anall while we’re at it

I think if we had anel,Souttar and tanganga as a 3 ,we'd look solid at the back.
Not that we'd have any chance of getting Anel anyway.

I would absolutely love him back, but he's too good for us, for the level the club is at now.

I don’t think we will play a back 3, not many top teams do these days. Vast majority set up as 4231 or a variant of 433.

When our 3 at the back with overlapping CB’s came unstuck it was partly down to the fact top managers left wingers high, hugging the touchline and they ended up with endless space down the flanks behind the wingbacks.

I also highly doubt we could get close to affording Anel unless we sold Tanganga or pulled out of signing Souttar

Should have just kept hecky ! poor cunt never had a chance, he should have been allowed another go at it .

Tanganga and McGuinness, like?
It's funny because you get so many fans advocating the signings of people like Reyes Cleary and Bem Pepple, who I can guarantee then have only seen snippets of. Yet someone who we know how good they are attracts the lazy 'you know we can sign players who haven't played for us'.

If they improve us, get them in.
