Pre-glandular fever he stood out as one of the best players in the division.
He's tailed off but hopefully that will correct itself.

He's far from the finished product. Positionally unsure at times, can be a bit erratic and I still think he would benefit from baulking up.

However, he has bags of technical ability. Reads the game very well and is excellent in both boxes.

I think we paid (or at least intended to pay) around £3- 4m.
Given the above, I think he's worth at least a guaranteed £10m, but you'd want add-ons and sell-on clauses inserted on top.

Players don’t really leave promoted Championship clubs before the next season though do they? Particularly when they’re young.

I can’t remember us losing anyone. Much more likely he stays a year int Prem then leaves at the end of the season.
