If the behaviour was that bad the police would have chucked them out

Not in these days judge, plod turns a blind eye to much more serious matters than low level disorder.

Soaking a person clothing in beer, unless they give expressed or implied consent is, I understand, criminal damage. (something about an amount of finance being required to returning the property to it's original state).

I don't want to get back in my car after a match stinking like a stale ale-house, unless it's from drinking in excess. Must I avoid the concourse?

The fuck you on about?

I'm sure you're intelligent enough to know exactly what the fuck I am on about.

If they were doing that, that's obviously out of order.

Throwing beer around and filming things on phones?

To be expected at a football match and completely harmless. Don't like it, don't go.

If you see a gang of young lads acting like cunts anywhere I would only get involved if I thought it was worth
A ) getting my head kicked in for or stabbed or even shot

B)willing to seriously fuck someone up

Every situation is judged on its merits but unless I thought someone's life was in danger I would steer well clear

Understandable. Shame though isn't it?

The Police are more bothered about anyone commiting 'hate crimes' or offending gays these days than arresting folk carrying out crimes.

Yes, what's that got to do with your weird response about something totally irrelevant?

And if I had shouted 'stop throwing beer you fucking toe rags, would that have provoked a better outcome.'
Go armed with your own squeezy mustard and make your way to the toilets waving it around shouting "Out my way...I fucking will!" and if anyone doesn't get out of your way quick enough squirt it in their eyes. Innocent victims are inevitable but it should clear you a path to the bogs. Hope you're not going in there to smoke a doobie though?

Hence why I'm establishing what you're getting mad at.

Can you answer post #81 at all?

Where have I got "mad". You haven't seen it once. I and many on here have seen it several times. So you really have no idea what goes on. Pretty standard for an armchair fan. But you still pretend you have a handle on it.

It's anti social behaviour. If kids egged your house would you write it off as a bit of light hearted fun? If you were walking down Fargate and some kids drenched you in beer would you accept it as the inevitability of teenage high jinks? I doubt you are unable to see that and just decided to be contrary to pass a Sunday afternoon.

A little knowledge and all that.....

Double like

A lot of the ones i've seen are that drunk/drugged up they have no idea of the level of their arseholery. The last away game at Coventry last season we'd got tickets on the back row, and as kick off got closer a group of said drunken adolescents filed in around us. By the time the game kicked off some of them were so drunk they were laid out on the seats, and one almost fell down the steps.

For what it's worth they don't really bother me even though they clearly are a set of cunts, but realistically until someone gets hurt nothing is going to happen to them so it won't stop. It's more a society wide issue that a vast majority of younger people have no respect for anything and no fear of retribution, so believe they can act how they like.

Can see both sides or the argument on here, some of the things they do is bang out of order, but moaning isn't going to change anything, so it sadly is a case of learn to tolerate it, avoid the concourse at half time and use it before/after, or if it's that offensive to you don't go.

Why should it be tolerated? The club should ban them. You're suggesting decent fans should walk away from watching United because of a few chavs, which, with all due respect, is some of the biggest bollocks ever posted on here.

You seem to be suggesting that everyone should accept been coated in beer by some cunt.
Ok, so it appears agreement about the vandalism and the abuse of refreshment staff, which is all totally out of order. Although how much of that took place yesterday I don't know, I'd assume very very little.

So all I'm disagreeing about is the thing about the beer.

OK I'll revise my argument slightly and say that it is out of order and shouldn't happen, but that if it happens to me and it has done previously, I'm not really pissed off about it as I went in knowing the risks beforehand. I come back out to my seat with a smile and laugh it off, as opposed to finding the nearest steward and barking at him about it.

"assume"

And there we have it.

I'm not saying it SHOULD be tolerated, i'm saying realistically the club isn't going to do anything about it unless something serious happens. I don't go onto the concourse at HT, but by all accounts the police stood around watching with little interest. They obviously aren't in a hurry to do anything about it.

I've seen it far more than "once" you numpty. :D

Pissing in sinks when toilets are busy. What's everyone's opinion on that? Wtf's that about?? Dirty bastards! Seems to be mainly older who do that. No need for it they should be chucked out! Didn't see it yesterday but have done over the years.

There were blokes pissing up the walls at HT just after Akinbiyi banged in his goal against the pigs. It probably made the Leppings Lane stand slightly better on the eye than it was before.

Class A drugs

Some of them may do E or coke but I think this is something of a red herring as the aforementioned drugs don't tend to make people violent or aggressive. It's more the vast quantities of booze they drink that is the problem. I'm actually more pissed off when I smell skunk. They were smoking it on a bus back from Old Trafford last season and the smell was overpowering. This speaking as someone who has been known to enjoy a spliff, but I won't touch skunk weed. The smell is awful and you shouldn't force it on families / non-smokers

No you said learn to tolerate it. The fact that the Police deal with it in their own way is irrelevant to the fact that these wankers think it's big and clever.

We could all stop going apart from then and then hopefully they can get picked off by opposing fans before the game as they're the only targets and it puts them off for life.

All in the upper tier, the club can narrow it down with video evidence if they wanted too.

Well that's allowed.
