As this international break is dragging on, I've been wondering how different our squad would look now if Chris Wilder was still in charge, assuming Vini Souza and Anel would still have left, who do you think would have come in?

I assume Jimmy Dunne from QPR on a free would have been a dead cert..

Curious to hear everybody else's opinions.

A few more identified as having potential who have been on the club's radar for a while but injury prone players.

A few more identified as having potential who have been on the club's radar for a while who would go straight out on loan only never to be heard of again.

Someone like Souttar who could win a header or someone like Arblaster that could dictate midfield or ( tin hat on here, someone like Robbo who hates losing and leads by example ) then maybe the rest might follow suit and give more than 75% like they have done so far.

Really depends on the status of the observer. Are we going for a many worlds interpretation or a many minds interpretation? Equally I wonder if we can avoid the alternate interpretation and just run on a simplistic Newtonian model which I think now is somewhat disproved. I’ll go for Wilder not leaving but transfer business being conducted on a Copenhagen interpretation.

I mean it's kinda pointless.

But yes I have also wondered.
I suspect Dunne would have come in.

I wouldn't have been surprised to have seen Robinson not leave. But his place as a starter still gone with incomings.
McBurnie might have signed.

After that everything's a bit of a mystery.

We would have signed Jimmy Dunne.

And Ben Mee.

We would still be chasing Ryan Leonard.

We would not have signed anyone who didn't have a UK passport

We would have blown all the transfer cash on a striker who was perpetually injured who never looked like scoring a goal.

I LOVED Wilder the first time round, hated how he flounced out of the back door after throwing his toys out of the pram. I never really bought into the second coming. He did a great job results wise, but god almighty the football was boring.

He's gone now, and I agree with Silent Blade, the constant references to Wilder is getting boring.

Like meeting an old mate for a pint, who, after initial pleasantries, talks about his ex wife for 3 hours

Zzzzzzzzzzz

Well he did naff all to replace Soutter when he had 6 weeks to do so and a decent amount of funds which went on a striker pure incompetence and it threw our season away
