We still need to sort out the away performances, but so far, so good. It's nice to see Oli Norwood delivering more consistently now and when did we start scoring from corners? I'm not going to get carried away as there's always room for improvement, but the league should start shaking when we do.

During our promotion season we had multiple contenders for player of the season. Henderson, Stevens, Baldock, Basham, O'Connell, Egan, Norwood, Fleck, Duffy, Sharp, Didsy. Heck, that was the entire team up for nominations as they all played that well so consistently.

So far this season Ahmedhodzic, Norrington-Davies, Ndiaye and yes, (I can't believe I'm typing this), Norwood too are all our most consistent performers so far.

Agree on the corners. A huge improvement! It’s actually worth getting excited when we get one now.

Last night was a fantastic performance by the players and the coaches and owners need congratulations for their part in that performance. It's a round trip of 300 miles from Gloucester to Sheffield so I dont make it anywhere near as much as I would like. But..but after 50 years of supporting this team I cant recall a better football team, not a team of committed players, rallied by a motivating management team but a genuine skillful team pinging the ball around. I thought at times the crowd couldn't really believe it and were watching intensely not just being lost in the emotion of the night.
As for Berge not once last night did he look like a player on the way out, he was fully engaged throughout. If he is on his way negotiations have been going on, the coaches and owners know it and I suspect have themselves been looking around for a replacement. It could be an interesting last day. I'd say this to Berge, be a star here, give yourself a chance of making the promised land and if it doesnt happen move on. Why go and play second fiddle in another club?
