I don’t wish to do him a disservice as I haven’t been paying much attention to the work he’s done with the academy, but is anyone aware of any tangible changes he made during his brief stint?

He made everyone call him "England's Aidy Boothroyd" whenever they addressed him.

We now use brown sugar in the tea and coffee room.

Toilet rolls at Shirecliffe have to be placed in the overhang fashion.

No socks on Tuesdays.

You can bring your dog into training but only once a week.

There's a pick n mix stall outside the dressing room.

Supplier for the air fresheners has been switched from Oust to Febreze.

Other than that, nowt really
