Is that the team or Adkins himself , with the penny dropping .

After getting in the play offs and them good cup runs , I think we all thought with a bit of tweaking we would be there or there about with Adkins at the helm . Although I am 100% behind the clear out , Adkins hasn't motivated the team or fans , therefore whatever spin anybody puts on it , the bloke has failed big style.

Can we afford to let him fail next season or do we cut our losses and sack him now.

Although most of us have now accepted a mid/lower mid table finish, it doesn't stop a fresh wave of anger coming over us following every defeat. I'm as guilty as anyone. It is getting increasingly hard to keep faith with NA. I found his post match interview extraordinary, what the fuck is going on ?. For instance, Che Adams. When this lad signed, I think we all though we had pulled off a coup and that this season he would be lighting up this division, yet NA says he hadn't had a good week in training. What is that telling us about NA's motivational/coaching skills ?. He has spoken in the past about not minding players making mistakes as long as they don't repeat them and learn from them, not happening Nigel. Yesterday, it sounded like he had come up with a cunning plan to thwart Millwall, and it worked, right up to the second minute of the game !. Interesting that their winner came from a player a lot of Blades are familiar with, a man plying his trade with Blackburn Rovers in a neighbouring county in the North, and yet, lo and behold, Millwall came along and snatched him away to the deepest depths of the South, amazing !, what were our scouting staff doing, staring into space ?, or maybe all their time and energy is being channelled into ridding us of the chaff accumulated by our former manager. Still, not long now till the arse kicking from the Dingles, happy fucking days
