Dont think @William Henry Foulkes has done this yet so here goes

“Good game from our point of view”

“Created Chances, passed the ball brightly”

“Disappointed with the first goal”

“Sharp and Adams looked a handful in the first half”

“Thought Ryan Flynn was superb at times”

“Good play down the left with Matty Done”

“Annoying that we didn't win the game”

“Good performances tonight and things to work on”

“Good goal for us off the training ground”

“Got to keep the belief and be strong about ourselves”

“Go again on Saturday”

“We could have snatched it”

“Took a few gambles but needed to force the issue”

“You'll never hear me give up”

“We will pick ourselves up and endeavour to win the next game”

“Moving forward we are trying to get a pathway for the acadamy but need senior players too”

“We will eventually get out of this division, want to do it now but looking difficult

“Looks like Brayford has quite a serious calf injury. Freak injury. Looks a nasty one”

”Baptiste back in full training on Friday”

I don't know which parallel universe Nigel Adkins inhabits, but: "Good game from our PoV"????
How exactly? We needed 3 points - we got none.
Yet again we made an ordinary 3rd-tier midfield player look like Cristiano Ronaldo. We weren't too bad in the 1st half, but 2nd half we were rubbish.

Fwiw on the way back and can't get these interviews on my phone.

If he's going to try and pass that off as a 'good game' in any way then he needs to be honest and tell us that the sole purpose until the end of the season is experimenting and developing young players rather than pretending we have any sort of genuine aspirations.

Is this a joke? I'm not convinced the OP isn't fishing...

If he really said that lot, he needs putting in a padded cell.

You know your in the wrong job when Phil feckin Brown can out tactic you with a bunch of players from Jaywig.

I cannot imagine what is going through his head with the sycophantic rhetoric that comes out of his mouth.

Before he came to us he spent his time travelling around the world as a learning guru of sport, tactics, methods, psychology, etc. If I were him I'd contact ABTA and ask for me money back.

i was so excited when we landed Adkin's now I feel as duped as I did when Blair told me we could be hit with WMD's in 45 minutes. At least if that were true we wouldn't have to suffer the second half!

I said it last week ,coutts can't play second half , Hammond is a complete busted flush and flynny runs in treacle, and we have a manager called Steve wonder

That just goes to show how out of touch he really is.

How can he even dare say that losing 3-1 to Southend was a "good game from our point of view".

Would hate to see us have a bad game then if that's the case.
God help us.

Only we can get what appears to be the best manager available for us at the time and he turns out to be a complete useless tool.

Best two chances in the game fell to sharp and Adams, the third goal was a fantastic finish from scougals younger brother, a far harder chance than either of ours, at least I was in the pub (half) watching it.

“Thought Ryan Flynn was superb at times”
wtf!! he never kicked the fucking ball once. when he walked off his kit was pristine.. he didn't even do his usual falling down act. un be fucking levable.. he's deluded.. totally lost the plot... he's just lost me i was on the fence. i'm not having that.

i Cant blame them going gung ho, because 2-1 or 7-1 you dont get any less than 0 but what confuses me & hugely annoys me is adkins love for square pegs in round holes because why on earth is matty done a player we bought as a striker stuck at left back, you dont see LVG sticking Wayne Rooney at LB & why at that corner that southend counter attacked then wrapped up the points was our last "defender" done & caught in a 1 on 1

I want to keep adkins as I genuinely believe that we can feel the benefit of this extructing pain next season. The players dont help we all know that for 70% it will be a farewell lap because a huge turnover is needed but I can see potential in this team but they are so inconsistent & when find how to string together 2 halves nevermind 2 games we can be successful & dominate this division like reputation says we should but he will be under tremendous pressure next season because 13th is absolutely unacceptable even more considering clough went after a 7th & 5th + 2 semi finals. i still give adkins at least til december & if we are not in the top 6 then we should think about changing

He mentions 2 at the back defending the 3rd goal. I'd like to ask Mr Adkins why one of them was Matt Done???

In fact, I'd like to ask him why, in the new formation, he has started leaving Matt Done on the half way line when we have a corner??

Strange.......Just fucking strange!!

I am really trying to support the guy but some of the things I see and hear are really just beyond my comprehension.

Maybe it's just me??

Flynn had one good run, first half...where he turned his man and got to the byline, only to put a feeble cross in...I think that one moment was what he was referring to...

There was only one decent cross from us all night and that was the free kick for the goal (shite defending though).
The quality of the ball in the final third is utter dog shit.

Throwing forwards on thinking you''l get more opportunities to score is a desperate measure from a desperate man who appears to know fuck all about the game.
They get in each others way
There is no supply - there was no supply all game worthy of the description - since the free kick we scored from should have been dealt with, easily.
I think he did that so he could mention it on his interview and deflect blame away from himself by being able to state that he went for the winner - Hammond fucked us for their second goal - which knocked any stuffing left out of the wet useless bastards

Thanks for the summary Roy.

I've looked to watch it on the club website and unusually it's not there to see.
