Our few chances came when we won the ball high up the pitch, winning it at the back we've got no chance of getting to the other end before they do

Despite a poor performance, did Swindon really look like scoring?

Burton have made a season of getting the first goal, then shutting space.
Think since Shrewsbury Town, we have adopted the same tactics, and with 5 wins from 7 league games before Sat its worked.

We were 10 mins from 6 in 8.

Thats not bad form,imagine being told anyone had that record, and you wouldn`t say that manager has got to go.

Depressingly true. There was a point in the second half where Sharp broke away and ran 30 or so yards with the ball but he just didn't have the pace to get away from the centre half, he did his best and got a shot away. I was thinking at the time that if that was Murphy that would have been 2-0 and game over.

That tactic may work if we had pace in the side, but we don't! The only attacker we had left on the pitch with a bit of pace was Done.

Forgive my naivety here, but why don't we stop worrying about how we can match the opposition (diamond formation) and dictate how we want to play the game with our own style? Let them worry about us for a change.
