• Flo C travelled with the team - playing [or was it played?] for the u21s Monday - sounds like he's part of the plans
• lads had a right go for each other

In some ways this reads like a string of cliches - but he speaks with real pace and energy throughout the interview - he crammed all that into 5 minutes and that's with having to wait for Giddings(?) to get to the end of his questions - it's like waiting for Jam to cross the ball .
