No gamble at all really ........ how many Clubs have been breaking down the doors to sign our dross !!!

Most of them will be lucky to get a short term contract in L2 before October .......... get 'em cleared out and replace with players who have pace, strength, balls, passion for the Club and can be consistent in this agricultural Division !

On George Long - I can't believe we're being dictated to by an agent of a player that isn't even that good. How pathetic is that? If he's delaying his signature because he's looking elsewhere, he should have been told to do one the moment he or his agent mentioned it. He doesn't even come close to being worthy of getting pushed around over.

It has been said on another thread, but if they're wanting to insert a clause instead; anything above around 500k and that's fine, primarily because it won't get activated.
