According to Robbo...

You're making it up,

If I recall correctly he had his debut against Reading and had a cracking game with a decent goal.

Yeah, thought I might be, to be fair most of that season is a bit of a pissed up blur in my head. And come to think of it, so are most football matches :D

the horse dont count he was on the bench not starting.

It's funny how different people see games, isn't it? :)

I thought Hendrie was shite until his goal - added to that another STUPID booking - and Tonge had a great 2nd half on the back of which I'd hope Robson tries to convince Tonge to build on.

Tonge had a good last 15minutes, about it.

And Hendrie got taken off immediately after his goal, is that what your getting at? (not saying he played well btw)

I thought Tongue was good all 2nd half - Played with alot more fight than normal - He got stuck in

But again people see things differently

What I'm saying is he took his goal very well but prior to that he'd done nothing, so yeah! And Tonge really came to life in the last 20 minutes and started to look dangerous but even prior to that he was getting stuck in and doing his job from KO of 2nd half.

On that basis, I'd hope Tonge would take that performance into the next game - whereas I can quite imagine Hendrie getting himself sent off. It's alright Robbo saying he's not bothered about him picking up yellow cards because he likes to see a bit of mettle and fight in the team - but really, how many of his cards have come from firm / mistimed tackling, and how many have come from being petulant, back-chatting or leaving a boot in on a 'keeper?

Hendrie won't be playing in the derby anyway, he's suspended after that yellow :)

rumours of BT being back for sat, any truth?

I did hear a murmor, will try and get a bit of substance behind it though :)

I really hope that too, but how often has he had a good 2nd half or last 20minutes and then gone back to crappy old tonge again?

Looks like he will keep his place either way anyway with Hendrie out.
