Control over our Academy has now swung in favour to the PL. It is the same to Wendy, Udders and Barnsley. If a PL club wants one of our Academy players who wants a change of scenery then they will not pay as much compensation as Chelsea did for Jacob Mellis a few years ago. The Academy system now is not as good to us as it was, it will only get better if we are a Premiership club. It isnt fair
