First-time-poster (long-time voyeur); hello!

I posted the first article for a new blog this morning; it’s a sideways, (hopefully) humorous reflection on all things United. The first article is focussed on yesterday’s win.

If you’re looking for tactical scrutiny, a fair assessment of the game and/or match analysis, then please, DO NOT read.

Thoughts, comments and feedback, for good or ill, would be much appreciated.

"Jota did a step-over and passed it out wide, then the wide-player passed it back and Jota did some step overs and a drag-back and passed it out wide again, but with too much force and it went for a throw-in and Ginger Rogers could be seen shaking his head as he knew, he would have made that pass himself."

Pretty much summed Brentford up.

A humerous read.

Great effort! Not so sure about the 'dem' thing but far better than anything I could produce!!

You've got the tone just about right mate. Not too serious but you're obviously passionate enough to know who's worth praising and who deserves a critical nudge.

Like the thoughts on our neighbours across the city, you know, that lot who exist in their own small village.

Decent read, not too long, and worth persisting with. UTMB

Intended to be light-hearted and a bit of fun and, as results dictate, probably more self-deprecating (hence the use 'DEM BLADES' which I'd never say out loud.)

Don't worry, I'm not going to spam the forum every week, but if you like the site, please do have a read and share it with anyone and everyone.
 
Good read. Like a porn star on their first day in the job, I'd go easy on the colon if I was you - but that's me being overly picky.

Enjoyed that. The bit that summed up Brentford was class.

The term "DEM BLADES" should be embraced with pride. Here's Caolan (with some vile South Barnsley comments):

Thought "Jota" was pronounced "Hotta" not "Jotter", or did I hear his name announced incorrectly through the thick layer of IPA in my brain?
