A truly significant evening

OK, eleven games gone and early-season 'blips' are being ironed out (last night, the pigs were briefly in sixth place). We're in third spot but also:

We were the only team who won in the Championship last night (not counting the pigs 2-2). I luv it when other teams draw - two points dropped for them.

We ended Blackburn's 25 home game undefeated run. (Yes, it includes at lot of games in League One but we should know you can't just write these off).

Billy's goals meant it was the 38th consecutive game where Sharp had scored and United had not lost.

I love this club.

Remember how last season they were saying Duffy's goal was the turning point, where their season went downhill, they went from fringe of playoffs to nearly being drawn in to a relegation battle, players lost all confidence etc -... i reckon blowing that lead last might be the same sort of moment for them this season.

They've got a few kids coming in who are trying to impress Sparks (while he's still in charge). Reach has just scored two worldies he'll never get to fly like that again. The opposition are being unlucky/wasteful. They won at Villa who are shite.
