A few interesting things....

Is that gas or electricity meters? Only kidding. Levelling the car park will allow an underground car park to be built (according to the plans) leaving a relatively small area of surface parking. Does anyone know if we will still have access to either car park on non match days to pick up tickets or visit the shop?

was going to put 3 yards but sounded a bit imperial
on this picture you can see the raised car park
might be a bit tight for away team coaches

A smaller car park will not be good for the ‘shoes off’ demonstrators

I've never noticed before that the area in front of the main entrance is different in the two renders. The ground level view shows a flat area with no evidence of a raised car park, but the aerial view clearly shows a raised car park and ramp down to a lower level. Both views are by the same architects so does anyone know what we will get (if it ever comes to fruition)?

I suggest knocking down the South stand and building a cricket pavilion further back extending the pitch so that it can incorporate cricket in the summer
We have the technology to make a stand that can be moved back to make room for a cricket pitch and then forward again for a football match.
That would be a good design :)

Isn't there a stadium in New Zealand that does that for cricket and rugby
