We could, but we shouldn't. First and foremost they are Sheffield United players. We pay their wages, and we should be their first priority. I know all players want to play internationals, and I hope they all do play, and play well and stay injury-free, but it is United's prerogative to pick and play them in an important league match. Leeds and Middlesborough are both playing top-10 teams and could slip up...we have to play our strongest team and try to beat Hull, and potentially enter the international break at the top of the league.

GLTTL's on international duty...once we've seen Hull off tomorrow.

I rate Stearman and think he’s solid at this level, but I don’t want us to break up the current back three unless its forced, as they’re forming a decent partnership.

We all know we’ve shown weaknesses at the back so far this season but Wednesday night they were solid. Hopefully that’s a sign of further things to come as they play more games together.
