McBurnie is on 11.

Brian Deane still holds the record with 15 which were all scored in the 1992-93 season.
Not beyond the realms of possibility that McB will end the season our all time top PL scorer and half this forum still wouldn't want to give him a new deal

I really hope McBurnie doesn't get to the same goals, or better than, Brian Deane.

I don't care if he scored 2 every remaining game and kept us in the premier league, I just don't want to be arguing with some Pillock in the future who is claiming that Oli McBurnie > Brian Deane.

If that happened McBurnie would end the season with 38 goals.

That would be the most goals ever scored in a Premier League season.

There'd be a serious argument that he is better than Brian Deane.

I hope he breaks Mark Bright's record.
"McDonkey" scoring more than theirs would be great.

In fact no, let Brewster do it

I enjoyed the list you provided (some excellent names there - Hugo Rodallega for one!), but I enjoyed this response even more :)

Hamilton Ricard was the most surprising one for me.

When you think of all the great strikers Middlesbrough had.

Juninho
Ravanelli
Hasselbaink
Viduka
Yakubu

Wood, King, Jiminez and whoever the Cardiff lad mildly surprising for me. Did Cardiff only have one year up?

I wouldn't have clocked any of Wood, King, or Jiminez scoring as many as they did. In my head for Burnley, Bournemouth, or Wolves your top scorer gets 10-12 goals, but they've all had a) Multiple years up, and b) A good season in the last 10 years getting Europe or top half in which the top scorer maybe got 15 or so.

JLT is likely going to join the 50 PL apps club for United before the end of the season

Cardiff had two years, but 6 years apart, so few players have played, yet alone scored, for them in both years.

Antonio and Wood hadn't had bad careers aswell, even a few years scoring in championship too!

Surprised to see Mutch and DJ Campbell scoring that many.

PeterNdlovu081 can you clarify the list

148 - Alan Shearer (Newcastle)
112 - Alan Shearer (Blackburn)

That’s because Shearer was the top scorer at both clubs

Peter Crouch scored 22 at Liverpool but its not listed because he wasn’t the top scorer at Liverpool he was top scorer at Stoke so his goals there count.

That right?

Yeah, it's just the player with the most goals for each Premier Club.

So for example, Andy Cole is the 4th highest scorer in the history of the Premier League but he's not in this list because he was outscored by other people at every club he played for.
