as stated in another thread, yes we have very low goals scored BUT we also have lost because of poor defensive mistakes so surely sorting defence atm is at least as important at sorting strike force. we cant score so surely stopping them scoring is a priority?
1 point gotta be better than none and even bigger negative goal difference?
id expect 3 points every home game regardless of opponants so in one respect id agree with olle on the other hand a point is better than nowt.

for some reason i see olle disappointed if the blades were romping premiership, final of champions league and had co owners of man city and chelski owners, olle's glass is not half empty its been knocked over, his babycham n blackcurrent has spilled over his white shirt and and his shoes are filled with jelly.

Some people are choosing to see their pint's of John Smiths a 1/4 full at the moment and that is up to them. Personally glass of Lambrusco is 3/4 empty. I called the Samatirans Munx, but she had no answer when I asked if Speed was just another chip of the old Blackwell box. In fact she evenutually hung up on me after my ramblings about our inflated league position, Tricky Trev's commercial nouse, McCabe having his eye on other things, Blackwell's missus still making the pies at BDTBL, Wards brewery shutting down and KB leaving a worse mess behind than my ex wife!?

It's clear to me now why we needed more defenders and a goal keeper because the only way we are looking like we can get any points is to keep a clean sheet.

I agree Swiss. Incredibly frustrating and very hard to stay positive, but, with the international break now upon us, let's hope for one or two inspirational signings.

sorry swiss but personally i think blades at home should NEVER be looking for a draw at home, we lost 1-0 to watford at home and didnt really sound like scoring till last 15 mins,then we ran all over them, surely thats how we should be at home from first whistle?
i think i speak for most blades when i say, id rather see us play like in last 15 mins the whole game and lose rather than playing negative football for 75mins then decide oh no we losing maybe we should try?

But that is how we play home and away. It's shit.
The tactics are all about not losing rather than looking to take the game to the opposition.
It makes for a really dull spectacle.
Professional football is not value for money.
They can all f**k off and die for all I care.

Actually football in general is really getting me pissed off at the moment.
Greedy, plastic, false, over-hyped and lacking in any real quality.

For example, the premier league is dressed up like a cheap tart.
It's got so much botox and silicon pumped into it it reminds me of a cross between Katie Price and Pete Burns.
..and Price is a Scatty tart at the best of times. Wouldn't touch that with yours mate.

I'm with you 100% on everything you say. And, at times the emotions are fuckin awful when things are going against you.
The funny thing for me about all this is, why do we expect anything else than what we're seeing at present?

Get some old videos out Kenilworth of football in the 90's it was quality in my opinion. But i agree football is pissing me off at the moment i will be watching golf tomorrow not chelsea v Arsenal
