So losing to Chester, Altrincham, and Burscough was so much lower than losing against Arsenal with 5 FULL internationals involved.

I remember them................ and nowt comes close to last night ! especially when you consider the the wages !

We had total crap against Chester, et all.

The point is we should put up a better showing than we did, you bang on about Arsenal having 5 intrernationals, I counter with we had 6 current or ex internationals. Work it out.

We lost 6-0, we were outplayed and out classed, it's the past now.
We can't change it by continually moaning and nit picking other peoples posts.

If people on here get this worked up over one loss (a heavy one I don't deny, but the endless posts about it are getting very boring and going over the same ground again and again) to one of the best young teams in the world then United have got no chance of pleasing our 'fans'

Watford next, we should concentrate on that.

Do you really think Wenger would let his fluent passing squad go to a long ball merchant team with Blackwell in charge? I Just can't see it.

When you have the years of supporting on the clock that SF has, not to mention the small fortune spent over the years. When you have stuck by the team when it has contained such luminaries as Douggie Brown, Don Peattie, Paul Smith et al who frankly make the current team look like world cup winners. When you have continued to support the Blades as they fell from the old first division all the way down to the 4th division and stood on the kop amongst weeping grown men, then and ONLY then can you come on here and throw around accusation like that! Until you reach that point, shut it!!!!

"Blackwell said Arsenals Philosophy is very similar to The Blades Way which was implemented last season. Blackwell said he expected to see youngsters from our feeder clubs come through in two years. He said he wants players with power, pace and skill.

Blackwell said that a lot of the Arsenal youngsters only seem to thrive within the Arsenal enviroment. He said they seem to go backwards once they leave Arsenal. He said a player went on loan to Burnley last season from Arsenal and he couldn't get into Burnley's first team squad which seemed strange as he had received rave reports while playing for Arsenal"
