Jack Grealish is a half decent midfield player with a few nice touches and the ability to score the odd decent goal .

However , he is already showing signs of having contracted the dreaded Jack Wilshere Syndrome ( see Delli Ali ) and the fact that he is being widely touted as England's next big thing only serves to demonstrate the paucity of talent in this position compared to previous eras .

Compared to the likes of Charlton , Currie , Hudson , Scholes , Gerrard and Beckham to name but a few , he is light years behind the standards set by them and will never come anywhere close to achieving them .

I assume by this that you mean he can't perform well consistently over a full 90 mins.. if so i completely agree. Having watched a few villa games i do feel he goes missing for a large part of it
