Backed them at 10/11 Satdi tea time

Should've backed them before the Wombles game at 11/10 but for one reason and another I couldn't get on

I now have several bets riding linked with Pompey top 7, Pigs top 6 and top half and Man U top 4, Norwich top 6, Cambridge bottom half
 
Would much rather take Bolton for the top 6 at 3/4 with Ladbrokes.

But the best value by far is MK Dons top half finish at 4/6 with Skybet. Absolutely nailed on.

I think you'll fail at number one unless you can find a way to erase Ure and substitute Citeh....
 
If you think we're bankers for top 6, back us for promotion at 5/2.The only difference is that we don't bugger up the play-offs, no, hang on........

8/1 for the title is still a great bet (paying 2/1 top 3 if you do it e/w).

Can't see Bolton making top two personally. Parkinson's teams seem to always struggle for goals, other then when he had Naki Wells at Bradford. I think Scunny represent the best value at the minute. They look a decent team and are without any pressure, unlike us, Bolton, Charlton, Millwall and MK.

Too early to predict anything with any accuracy at the minute Booker

I think one or two of the sides currently near the top might get found out in due course if their squad size has no depth, which for me is a big factor with the change in loan rules

I think there will be lot more moving and shaking later on in the season than perhaps we are used to
 
My mate identified the reason I never win bets once. In a televised cup game between Brighton and arsenal, they asked each expert who they thought would win.

Expert one "Arsenal"

Expert two "Arsenal"

Expert three "Arsenal"

Me "I can see Brighton sneaking this" (places bet)

Ft Brighton 0-4 Arsenal
 
You can still get at least 9/2 for us to win the league.
I'm on at all odds from 10's downwards.
If we do manage it that's my season ticket paid for next season. Might even put a bit more on and move to the Posh seats lol.
There really is no one to be afraid of in this league.
Yes we need some luck, no injuries to EEL or Moore please. But i feel we are better equipped to deal with any injuries than most other clubs.
We also have Clarke and Lavery who are not firing on all cylinders yet.

Am I being to positive or am i just a bad gambler lol.

Heard that too. Its about time that we had a bit of belief again. It always made me spit venom when i used to hear some ex blades players talking about trying to reach the play offs. Id have fined the pricks if i had been the manager if i had heard that. Fuk sake have some balls and think that you should achieve automatic or even go up as champions. You might fall short but at least aim for the jackpot. As Connery said in 'the Rock', 'your best...dont whine to me about doing your best...losers always go on about doing their best....the winners go home and **** the prom queen'. About time we entertained the young lady for a fumble i say.
