Better at what - lying & duplicitous behaviour in their history? Rinsing their fanbase for cash? We’re both above average teams in the 92, with us looking slightly better at the minute. That’s it. It’s hardly Yankees vs Red Sox.

I would say in the 90s they did have a bigger fan base, that pendulum has well and truly swung over in our favour, one thing Mcabe has got right over the last 20 years and that’s encouraging more and more fans by making the club a much more attractive proposition to families and younger fans, while ever the Chancer continues to screw them over they’re losing the next generation of fans to us.

Out of the last 20 years they’ve achieved top 6 in the SECOND tier TWICE, that’s a lovely stat I like to throw back at them when they’re spouting pig shit.

Correct, and for a club that hasn't appeared in the Premier League this centuary they really should think things through a bit more before starting an argument which given Sheffield footballs history is as fine an example of ' Two bald men fighting over possession of a comb ' as you're likely to find anywhere.

As for the new company being incorporated in June 1990, am I being cynical or is that the reason that Graham Mackrell is currently facing charges in court as an individual and without support from his previous employer who legally no longer exist? Perhaps someone with better knowledge than I on the subject could enlighten us.
It's probably coincidental and it's just my unfortunate inability to look kindly upon that club. While holding no ill will toward the majority of their supporters several of whom are mates of mine I do have a dislike of the club itself based on their track record of being an embarrassment to our city.

There's something beyond being older, it's that point where you're elderly, possibly infirm (and before anyone says anything, I fall into both categories), so the pigs have long since passed the point where they are merely 'older'.....so not a great deal to shout about, but an awful lot to be worried about. They're creaking round the edges, and all they appear to possess is a fan-base eager to rim the chairman's arse while imagining they have a squad of first rate players.

I don't happen to have the most exciting life (not too much sympathy, I'm happy, healthy etc), but what sort of a saddo do you have to be to trot out all this "older, better", crap in some weird mantra? It's a football club which is technically 22 years older than it's city rival. Honours are largely even, and post-1945, not great for either. I do know the odd Wendy, and to be fair they tend to be rather less full of Deludamol than the idiots on Porktalk. Compulsory re-education, not about their relationship with us, but about how they're viewed realistically by the modern top clubs, who clearly aren't bothered about whether a club like Wendy, who are increasingly a historical anomaly rather than a "sleeping giant", exists or not, is the only cure for these sad souls!!

The piggies excuse is that because of the chairmans policy of inflating prices for none season ticket holders the fans have found something more interesting to do on matchday and reducing prices for the Brentford game was too little too late.I can understand what they mean,Eastenders is on at 7:45 on a Tuesday evening,much more interesting viewing than going to swillsboro to watch that garbage even at £20 !!!
