Treated to West Brom hospitality by my Baggie son-in-law today as a Christmas present.

Jumped up and celebrated when we scored - couldn’t help myself- and took pretty heavy abuse from nearby Baggies at half-time. All apologised when we came back in. Proper football fans.

Full-time I go down to applaud the team and get dragged back up the steps by the throat by a steward and told to fuck off back into hospitality and stop causing trouble.

Where do clubs get these neanderthal stewards?

Anyway - fucking magic win. Good singing in New Street Station.

We’re on the march...

The paradox of the hospitality box.

Joking aside, hope the experience was worth it, despite the issue!

It’s like the stewards expect football supporters to be trouble causers, because that’s what the media say they are, so as soon as someone it anything out of the ordinary they have to react with all-out force.

Many stewards are just trouble makers themselves who are only in the job because they can get a free swing in.
