Flog them three and that gives us a good seven million and twelve quid.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind keeping Ifill if he was to start playing to his potential and became a more team player.

I'm by no means his biggest fan, but there is no doubting his skill.

yeah 7million thats good of board innit...yeah they should sell akinbiyi and shipperley and i agree we should keep ifill til end of season and see if he can do owt in second part of season

i heard watford are after ade for 1.8 mil

I read this too but it cannot be genuine, if we get anything more then 500k I will be surprised.

If he went for 1.8 million it would be right up their with such overpriced strikers as Andy Gray to Sunderland (huraaah!) and Ade Akinbiyi and Geoff Horsfield to the blades (boooo!)

Andy Gray was a good servant to the blades. BUT he is a championship player, and he is showing what a great assett he is to burnley now too.....

And unlike our current lot, can actually put a penalty away

Its as big a sum as we have ever had to spend in the January sales, but remember not all bargains are what they seem!!!!

But he still managed to score around 20 goals for us in a season. I thought he might have been able to make it in the premiership too with the right squad.

If watford buy ade for that much they are desperate!

I loved Andy Gray i wouldnt mind having him still but alot like hulse !

I suppose i was a bit harsh, I am greatful for all that Andy Gray did for the blades and can definately see compairsons with Hulse. I don't think he got a fair crack of the whip with Sunderland last year and his record at championship level speaks for itself.

I think Andy plays better when he is a big fish in a small pond, perhaps Bramall lane was a tad too big for him.

Great penno taker tho!

And lets face it, he is the only player to score the first goals of both the championship and a premiership season :D
